Reiki energy healing is a great way to gently detox your emotion, mental, spiritual, and physical body of any toxins, chemicals, and energies that may be causing blockages within you. Your Reiki healing session will be tailored towards you and is sent to you via email within 72 hours. It is recommended that you be sitting or laying down comfortably and relaxed to receive the full benefits of your Reiki healing session.After each session, you may have a range of emotions or certain feelings within your body arise, which is very normal and the range of sensations may vary session to session. It is recommended before and after your session to drink plenty of water and take it easy on your body. It is best to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and processed sugars at least 24 hours before and after your session to receive the full healing effects as gently as possible for you and your body.
