Self-love is a common reoccurring theme that has been coming up in many of my readings.
For instance, there was a couple that came to me that had been married for over 20 years. But the wife had lost herself in her husband. The husband came to me to get a reading done with her as he was considering ending their relationship. And before you judge him, just know that some people come into our lives for a certain period of time, marriage doesn’t have to be forever.
What was so interesting were the cards that came out and the messages that poured through from their Angels & Spirit guides. If your life becomes completely about someone else, then you are not really living your life. Relationships are like a magnet. This is felt most strongly in a twin flame relationship. And the more you can focus on taking care of yourself first & doing things that light you up, the more attractive you will be to your partner.
Anyways, for those of you that are single, the same applies. The number one focus in your life should be you.
Because of our societal upbringing & families, it is shocking how many people don’t know how to love themselves. This tied together with childhood wounds are the cause of many issues that you may be experiencing day to day in any relationship you have…family, friends, work, partner, etc.
I have gone through similar circumstances myself & have had to learn how to love myself & ultimately heal my inner child. Healing is an ongoing process & doesn’t happen overnight. But starting with these questions is a great way to see where you are honestly at with yourself, without judgment.
Once you set the intention to start this healing journey keep your eyes open & try your best to see events that unfold in your life that may be happening for you, not to you. The greatest lessons are learned through some of the more challenging times in our lives.
If you run away from healing, it will find you. So why not enter into it consciously and ask your Angels & Spirit Guides to help show you the way with love, ease, & grace?
