How you choose to show up each day adds more of that energy out into the world.
It may not be easy to look for the good when there is so much fear around you or when the pain from the past still shows up for you today.
Let's focus on the pain. Everyone has experienced some level of pain, which is not meant to be diminished. But, when you keep replaying this story over and over, you do not allow this past pain to heal. Now some pain can be very difficult to release, but it is actually more painful to hold onto it.
If you run away from change or doing the healing work, life will keep presenting you with the same challenges over and over in different events or relationships. Because this pain is not meant to define you. It is meant to help you learn & grow.
Somethings that happen in life can be absolutely horrific & there is no sense to why certain events happened. But, if you do not choose to heal these wounds, you will continue to bleed on others. Pouring out more of this energy into the world.
Healing is an ever ongoing journey, but one that is necessary.
For instance, think of something that you were so scared of as a child that you now look back at and can laugh at.
If you are reading this, you were meant to hear this message in some capacity. Perhaps you're not completely ready to go down this path or don't know the way. But that's the thing, there is no correct way. You are unique and once you make the conscious decision to heal, your unique path to healing with reveal itself. That's why you need to look for the signs all around you. Not to mention, other signs such as certain animals that you may notice (and when you do google their spiritual meaning).
