Most people live their life this way, and that’s ok. But, just know that life is more fulfilling when you take time out of your day to enjoy even the smallest things.

This is your reminder to check-in with yourself. Count your blessings. Enjoy the beauty all around you.

It’s in fully feeling and sitting with your emotions that they can be transmuted into love & compassion, for yourself and others.
During these times of sadness, anger, and even depression, just know you are not your emotions. Ask yourself...who is the observer behind your thoughts and emotions? Notice if the emotions are sticking because you're refusing to feel them or your judging yourself for feeling them.
Emotions are normal. But taking a step back to observe where they’re coming from or truly feel them without taking them out on others is what everyone should try to work towards. This is where peace & happiness arise.
Whatever you may be going through know that you are such an amazing soul & you are so very loved!
