There is so much beauty in life,
but first you have to take a step back,
breathe, and see the beauty that is already there
Some simple things I have incorporated into my day that have helped me through some of my challenging times are...
Taking a walk in nature with my dog
- it's so incredible to be surrounded by tall trees
Taking my shoes off and earthing
- mother earth can heal you (google earthing for full benefits)
Eating a little bit of dark chocolate each day
- there is even chocolate that is dairy & sugar-free (and very tasty)
Playing music while I cook
- I like to put music on to the genera of food I'm cooking
How can you bring more joy to the simplest things that you do day-to-day?!?
You could start by asking the Angel of Water
to help you wash away your pain & fears
when your showering
and enjoy the warmth of the water on your skin
